Contessa 28 "Alligator", Southampton registered sailing boat, is in good condition throughout and is well equipped.
Moored on a deep water mooring at Itchenor in Chichester harbour, she has mostly sailed the south coast and Isle of Wight and has proved to be a superb sailing boat in all conditions.
In the main saloon settees converting to a double and single berth, folding leaf table, calor gas cooker, ice box, sink, chart table and storage . Head area includes small sink, storage and new Jabsco toilet. Double berth at bow end with more storage.
Saiks include mainsail, gib, genoa and spinnaker.
Reliable inboard engine replaced once.
This is not a new boat but has been well cared for, antifouled each year and winter spent in local shipyard.
