Paiza One - Sanlorenzo 44 alloy

La Vie Superyacht - Tecnomar Evo 120

44.5m Paiza One from Sanlorenzo

Paiza One is a 44.5m superyacht from the Italian shipbuilder; Sanlorenzo. We photographed her during her time spent at Sentosa Cove, Singapore, although today she is moored just around the corner at Keppel Bay, next to White Rabbit G (which is the biggest tri-hull in the world and largest Australian yacht ever made!)

Historically, a ‘Paiza’ was a tablet in Mongol Empire that signified authority and certain privileges.

The silver-coloured Paiza One was built at Sanlorenzo’s La Spezia shipyard and was delivered to the first owner in July 2020 and was previously named H1. She was re-sold in 2022 where she underwent a refit and name change.  This model is called the 44 Alloy and she is now one of 11 made.  We recently wrote about another 44 Alloy that is also located in Singapore at Sentosa Cove, named Annabella, who flaunts a champagne colour and berths next to Lady Candy, Hye Seas II and Mahakala.

Paiza One has a GT of 482, sitting in the water at a 2.3m draft, with an 8.9m beam.  She is powered by twin MTU 12V 2000 M96L diesel engines which give her a top speed of 23 knots. She can carry 41,000L of fuel which enables a range of 2,000 nautical miles when cruising at 18 knots. She also carries up to 8,000L of water.

The 44 Alloy has an aluminium superstructure on top of an aluminium hull. Her 3 decks are durable in teak. Zuccon International Project is responsible for her sleek exterior profile. She features some private drop-down lateral balconies/garages in the hull (capable of stowing a 7m tender). Guests can also enjoy an impressive 105m2 beach club and swim platform which opens on 3 sides creating an expansive multi-purpose area. Her foredeck boasts a private pool with access via the 3-level owner’s suite.

Unlike Annabella, her interior design was penned by the renowned Florence-based architect Michele Bönan. She is able to accommodate 10 guests in 5 luxurious suites. Plus, her 5 crew cabins sleep 9 crew members to ensure a relaxed and comfortable experience onboard.

In 2022, at the World Superyacht Awards, the Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy was awarded the coveted Neptune and current asking prices for this model are around €28,000,000.
